This page explains what we collect when you contact us, what we do with it, and what we never do with it. In short: we use your information to talk to you about your project, and nothing else.

What we collect

• Contact form. Your name, your business name, your email or phone number, and your message. The form is handled by Formspree, which delivers it to our inbox.
• Email, calls and texts. Whatever you send us, and your phone number or email address. Calls and texts to (980) 704-0412 go through our business phone provider, Quo.
• Website visits. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and keep it secure. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
• Visit counts. We use Umami to count visits and see which of our links, cards and letters people used to find us (from tags in the web address). Umami doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect your name, email or full IP address. If you came from one of those links and then send us a message, the message includes that tag so we know where it came from.

How we use it

To reply to you, schedule calls, do the work you hire us for, send invoices, and keep basic business records. We don't sell, rent or trade your information.

Text messages

We text only people who have contacted us or are working with us, about things like scheduling, project updates and support. We don't send marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help.

Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone else.

Who else sees it

Only the services we use to run the business (for example Formspree, Quo, Microsoft 365 for email, and Cloudflare for hosting), and only as needed to provide their service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to work with you and to meet tax and record-keeping requirements. Ask us and we'll delete what we don't have to keep.
