We start with what you already use. If an off-the-shelf product or a better-organized spreadsheet will do the job, we'll say so and help you set it up instead. We only build custom when it's clearly the cheaper, simpler option over time.

You do. The data stays yours and you can take it with you.

Can it connect to what we already use?

Often, yes. Most accounting, scheduling and email software allows it. We'll check the specific ones you use before promising anything.
